IT Support (Central - Singapore)

Scan-Shipping is looking for self-motivated and service minded individuals to join its Singapore office as IT Support.

Due to our expansion in the region, Scan-Shipping is looking for IT Support (Central) to be based in its Singapore office.  This role will require the individual to provide IT support regionally.
Responsibilities:
• Provide remote IT support to our end users by telephone.
• Assist to maintain, troubleshoot or resolve issues on laptops, desktops, hardware and software.
• Provide support for the infrastructure.
• Involvement with core infrastructure projects such as server, network upgrade, office setups, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned
Requirement:

• Diploma in IT, computing or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support related working experience including supporting hardware and networking fields & help desk.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good experience with Linux, MS products such as Windows 7, Office 2007 and Office 2010.
• Service minded.
• Ability to work professionally and structured and to document work is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong commitment and result oriented.
• Positive attitude, bright.
• Willing to travel overseas.
