Responsibilities:
 Handle trade lane management and procurement responsibilities
 To plan and manage demand and supply per major trade lane
 To take corrective actions together with Sales Organization and Areas to reach agreed sales / yield targets and carrier commitments
 To ensure targeted growth is achieved by coordinating the sales and procurement elements in a focused manner on strategically important trade lanes

Requirement:

 Responsible to monitor web base support system.
 Linux servers monitoring and maintenance.
 Provide day-to-day IT support to business and users in both software and hardware problems.
 Responsible to support the IT activities for the offices  mainly within  Asia region.
Requirement:
 Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
 Minimum 3 years relevant experience in technical support on MS Windows XP/7, hardware, TCP/IP networking.
 Proficient in PC skills included MS Office, OpenOffice, Thunderbird and Firefox.
 Minimum 1 year experience in Redhat or Debian Linux is an advantage.
 Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager/Senior Sales/Sales
Responsibilities:
  • Achieving sales targets through promoting Scan Shipping’s products and services to existing and potential customers in assigned customer database and market;
  • Develop new business, follow-up routing customers and key accounts, cold-calling and coordinate with overseas agents;
  • Develop freehand cargo and direct freehand customer base;
  • Communicate with customers, overseas offices and agents;
  • Manage, prepare and follow up quotations and sales leads;
  • Maintain business relations with customer to foster profitable sales and growth;
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure best class of services are provided to customers;
  • Customer visits with occasional travel to China
Requirement:
  • F.5 or Diploma holder in logistics or supply chain management;
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience in sales or business development in logistics / freight forwarding industries (Candidate with more experience will offer  Manager Position);
  • Strong selling, presentation and communication skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive, aggressive, well-organized and hard working;
  • Smart, presentable and self-motivated;
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
